● Strategically merged two office personnel into one reimagined center, modernized staff positions and titles with the purpose of offering seamless and relevant student advising and employer relations, which has led to an increase in student, employer, alumni, and community partner engagement ● Capture experiential enrollments● Since 2008, the number of experiential offerings increased by 57%, to 286 different courses, and enrollments in these courses increased by 26% to 12,137 for the 2018-2019 academic year ● Create a major-to-career cohort model using industry and labor market clusters to enable cross major and academic colleges advising and career events throughout the university● Collaborate with the RI (DLT) and the Labor Market Information (LMI) unit to generate 10-year Rhode Island job projections by career clusters, used to advise and inform students● Institute a university wide survey of recent graduates to track alumni career and graduate school pursuits.
