Generated project reports, including status, risks, issues and action items. • Provided leadership and project guidance to Junior Project Managers, providing coordination, tracking and reporting of large programs within the Project Management Office (PMO) at Ericsson. • As a Senior Project Manager for Bank of America, provided management of the Primary Contact Interface (PCI) project to deploy to all bank servers and devices the industry standards to meet regulatory requirements. Management primary master schedule (spreadsheet) which included the entire project data (project deliverables, LOB, contacts, device records) which provided the group one living document with project status.• Provided notification of upgrades to the LOB’s at Bank of America, and hosted conference calls to review project criteria and for issue resolution. Participated in daily project approval groups to provide information as needed on device upgrades. Coordinated scheduling, testing, and production support/implementation efforts across multiple technical support application teams.

• As a Program Manager for Sprint, led a team of Analysts, Testers, and Programs to implement upgrades, project deliverables, and issue resolution. Acted as a SME, analyzing least cost routing for, and capacity requirements, negotiated interconnection agreements to meet regulatory requirements, and coordinated and implemented solutions with critical path organizations.• Identified a savings of $1.6M by project managing a team of 15 planners who each managed a US region for the Neutral Tandem Project. Implemented local interconnection to cable markets to support over 5 million customers.
