Here's more about my recent work and achievements:*High potential employees' development: I designed a nine-month program which optimises employees' potential by increasing their business knowledge, expanding their influence, and growing them as professionals. The program, now in its third year and with its fifth cohort, includes advanced self-discovery, business deep dives, exposure to senior leadership and external experts, coaching, customised development opportunities, and team-based projects.* Talent and leadership development: I am updating and evolving our leadership development programme to include focused support for individual contributors, onboarding for new people managers, and advanced skills development for experienced people managers and senior leaders. This will result in a blend of internally designed and curated online courses accessed at the point of need, facilitated discussion groups for deeper engagement and support, expert panel sessions, and external resources and coaching opportunities.* Employee well-being: As lead for our employee well-being program and project team, I champion support for the health, safety, and overall well-being of our employees by designing and launching a series of educational initiatives taking place throughout the year to raise awareness and provoke action and active support.* English language training: I head up the program that offers formal English language lessons to employees who demonstrate a genuine business requirement for them to improve proficiency in English.
