Whether that was through direct face-to-face service with the patient, or management and training behind the scenes, my work has helped a lot of people over the years. I've had the pleasure of hiring people, teaching them a new career, and seeing their great work continue in other areas. I've had to solve problems quickly and effectively, and guide offices through integrations and new hardware & software launches. I've also performed monthly & quarterly office audits that verified processes in each location and provided coaching points to improve our patient experience and overall profitability.
