At fairpie a London based start up I am running user workshops, creating UX patterns and leading an agile team in the development of fairpie's web offering.

As RMA I worked on the CORE team as a senior UX designer and information architect in the development of the application NEO. There I liaised with users and senior stakeholders to create patterns for the core navigation and interaction of the application. In addition I managed several designers and worked directly with the development team as part of an agile scrum team.

Health Protection AgencyPublic facing website redesignThe HPA requested a complete redesign of the Health Project Agency website which contains over 5000 pages. Kim worked as an Information Architect in the first phase to create user profiles. In the second phase Kim led the development team in the implementation of the design and information architecture developed by Detica. The site was developed using the Fatwire CMS using JMS, as has been ranked by the Forester Wave review as most usable of all public facing websites reviewed. Client feedback score: 82%London Development AgencyIntranet portal for Human resourcesThe LDA requested a complete redesign of their internal HR portal to improve accessibility to new job postings by colleagues. Kim worked to develop the Information Architecture of the new website and to create a report on technical implementation of the project.BERR Public facing websiteBERR a recently formed government department employed Detica to redevelop their public facing website. Kim worked as an Information Architect in the development of wireframes and the IA and was responsible for and worked alongside the development team to create the XHTML templates.

A core member the 77 Agency design and development team that created and developed public facing website and micro-sites for Blinko, American Express Italy and Disney Italy. Working with Adwords and affiliate marketing to demonstrate RIO; developing user requirements; stakeholder management; as well as the deployment and implementation the 77 Agency tracking tool set.SiglaSigla came to 77Agency aiming to increase the number of online loan applications it received through redesign of their website and improved Internet-based marketing. Kim produced the design and layout of the new website and oversaw the integration of design and application using the bespoke 77Agency tracking system.Within three weeks of the launch of the site the number of loan applications increased by 21% with a marked improvement in data integrity.TIMCustomer facing ring-tones portalTIM is Italy’s largest mobile phone operator; the TIM ring-tones portal was designed and implemented to reflect the company’s brand image. Kim helped to implement a user-oriented design, making content and visual awareness a priority. The portal was a key step for TIM into the market for online ring-tones and has helped the company to revitalise its brand image.

Public facing websiteTelecoms Sans Fontieres is an international Non-Governmental Organisation based in south France. As an NGO, TSF relies almost exclusively on sponsorship, mainly from the telecoms industry. Kim redesigned TSF’s website using the rapid prototyping methodology integrated with the SPIP content management system. Focusing on international visitors from a variety of countries the site is constructed to integrate with the TSF image whilst providing easy access to content.
