What drives me? Is the believe that everyday just before our own feet there is an opportunity for growth. But most of the time we are just too busy noticing it. We step over it into the action of the day, into our daily habits, our head, and miss out the growth opportunity that is there for us. For us as individual, but also for us as team.I help executives and teams to become more aware of what is already there. By creating a trusted environment and lowering the waterline - what is there but are we not yet conscious of. When this pops up above the waterline it suddenly becomes very clear what we want to choose and do. My job is simply creating space and appreciating all elements, all voices, all levels of consciousness. From that place, the rest follows naturally. I have experienced leaders to become more grounded, more inspiring and aligned with head and heart. I have seen teams become more relaxed, getting unstucked, becoming fluid self-organised and working together with more fun.
