I worked to co-build product forecasts and field readiness through sales leader buy-in, effective field enablement, sales policies & incentives, and business reviews. Endeavor is a global, non-profit advisory providing high-growth entrepreneurs with access to talent, mentorship, and capital. As a Key Account Manager, I led client relationships with the founders of up to 9 high-growth portfolio companies and 12 pipeline companies at a time, together representing ~$145M in revenues.I conducted both inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification, and assessed pipeline companies on competitive advantages, health of financials and governance, and growth strategy. Once portfolio companies selected and onboarded, I diagnosed strategic needs with the founders, identified the right mentors in our network to join Advisory Boards, and designed roadmaps with our mentors & consultants to drive CAGRs of over 30%. Industries included biotech, consumer goods, waste management, IT services, fintech and enterprise SaaS. Challenge areas included governance, strategic planning, organizational development, new product and market strategies, and financial planning. Simultaneously, I led our Talent program across three offices from 2014-2015, sourcing 15 short-term consultants from strategic allies such as BCG, EY, and top-10 business schools.

In the Peace Corps, I served in a coastal district with a population of ~40,000 outside of the regional capital of Chiclayo.I planned and co-founded 2 savings & credit community banks that have been replicated across schools and trade associations in the district. My local partner scaled this program across a large public high school, and in 2016, received an Innovation in Education award from the Ministry of Education of Peru for our savings bank program aimed at teaching high school students to save and subconsciously increasing self-esteem.I also trained 200 associate degree students in business plans and >100 community members in sexual and reproductive health, leading to the establishment of a youth-founded dance academy business and a health promoters program, respectively.I designed my plan for work with local stakeholders through an initial 3-month needs assessment, applying design thinking methods for insight gathering and co-creating solutions.I was chosen as a regional winner of the Peace Corps Peru Volunteer Excellence Award (among 27 peers) and as peer Trainer for incoming class for two critical training processes.
