My ultimate goal is to see to it that I help my Client realize their dreams. That dream can be as broad as realizing their purchase as a First Time Homeowner; Downsizing from one Home to another; a purchase that will accept an expanding Family; or a move from our State to another. As soon as I meet with the Customer and the discussion is expanded to encompass their Wish List, I am able to begin the process. Finding the appropriate property, scheduling the tours, preparing the Contracts and Negotiating a Sales Price, are just a few of the steps in the process. Home Inspections are easy to deal with when a complete understanding of the issues are discussed. I will also be there to guide them through their Mortgage steps, as well as help provide them with answers to any Moving and Closing issues. This type of Expertise is what I am able to bring to the table and continue to achieve the end goal for my Clients. Over my 18 years in the Real Estate Industry, I am well versed in Waterfront Properties, Residential Real Estate and New Construction, which includes transactions due to Hurricane Sandy.

In this capacity, I Inspect all aspects of Residential facilities to ensure compliance with the Local Codes. These Inspections range from the Sale of Properties or for Rental purposes.

I came into the Real Estate Industry because I wanted to sharpen my Project Coordinating / Manager skills. I previously worked in the Design & Construction Industry for a company which was focused on the Restaurant level. In that capacity, I had been handed the locations. Obtaining my License in Real Estate was a must to ensure that I could practice Land Acquisition and fine tune my Negotiations skills. I was able to do that here. While helping many clients achieve their goal of Home Ownership, I was able to branch out to the different levels of the Industry. After 3 years of success, I then achieved my Broker's License.
