I am goals-oriented and self-motivated by nature. I always strive to accomplish and achieve any challenge that is thrown at me, regardless of whether it is in my comfort zone. I am always keen to learn and experience new things and believe I bring a fresh perspective to all work that I do. I have the ability to learn and pick up on things quickly and am willing to put in hard work to accomplish tasks. I have a strong interest in all aspects of Project Delivery, in particular Project Management. In the time that I have been in the IT industry, I have worked as a Business Analyst on multiple projects and have been exposed to the “world” of Project Management with an Associate/Junior Project Manager role. I have undertaken several secondments as a Change Manager and Implementation Manager as well.Outside of work, I spend my time doing a lot of volunteer work. Volunteering as a Scout Leader allows me to pass on my learnings and give back to the community, which has been such an important part in my upbringing. I also enjoy being in the outdoors, camping and hiking whenever I can. Rock climbing has become one of my primary interests and has been one of the activities that has taught me about the power of mental strength.
