Senior Property Manager
CurrentGeneral Manager, CEO and COO level work for 7 to 10 HOAs, comprising over 1000 individually owned units. Report directly to the Boards of Directors.• Passion for developing and motivating a customer service-oriented staff to foster a welcoming and positive community, including resort property experience. • Focus on sustainability and understanding of WELL building standards, goals and certification. • Prepare and manage annual budgets and monthly income reports to achieve the Boards’ financial, maintenance and capital project goals. • Prepare RFPs, manage bidding process and project coordination for capital projects. • Negotiate and manage complex maintenance projects and contractors. • Manage HOA insurance and construction defect claims.• Excellent homeowner verbal and written communications, including presentations, phone, correspondences, regular newsletters.
