I have over 18 years of experience providing excellent customer service, 12 years working within a professional office and 8 years running my own store successfully. I have a strong educational background and I'm currently obtaining my bachelors in Business Administration to expand that knowledge. I have the ability to operate PC’s and laptops utilizing MS Office Applications and Windows Operating System with ease.
