My professional journey has taken me across multiple countries and educational systems, giving me a unique perspective on teaching and supporting students of diverse backgrounds.My experience as a neurodivergent person has shaped not only how I teach but also how I lead and support others. I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating environments that may not be designed with neurodivergent needs in mind.
