CurrentMember of the data analysis team with side responsibilities in SQL development, ETL, data architecture and database administration.• Serve as database administrator and developer for a Healthcare Sanctions Screening Project (SQL Server/T-SQL/SSIS environment), designing, constructing, maintaining, and updating the database. • Develop stored procedures to process data and match customer input data against sanctions from multiple sources.• Develop and maintain ETL packages for staging and loading data from over 100 sources of provider and sanction data, most loaded on a monthly basis.• Design proactive analysis projects by starting with a potential Medicare or Medicaid fraud scheme and regulatory research, identifying likely data aberrancies created by the scheme or violation, and designing programs to identify providers based on data anomalies.• Present findings of proactive data analysis projects in written memos and in client meetings. • Perform detailed analysis on outlier providers to develop referrals for investigations.• Completed an entity resolution analysis that involved matching Medicare and Medicaid providers in the state of Florida using name, address, and other available identifiers..• Develop SQL and SAS code to process data, assign risk to recipients, and attribute recipients to providers for the Health Homes benefit for a state Medicaid Health Home attribution project.• Develop ETL for loading state Medicaid claims into SQL Server on a monthly basis and produce monthly reports.• SQL and data handling subject matter expert for the organization.
