Worked for the Bibliotheek Rotterdam and TEDxYouth. Both user research projects. In Bibliotheek Rotterdam we did research on how people experience the library and we organized a workshop for stakeholders about user research methods and why it is important to get to know your target groups and how to use key insights in new concepts for the library. At TEDxYouth we did research on the emotions of children reacting to the entrance experience we created for TEDxYouth. With no budget, we used our network and own knowledge to create an interactive installation.
