As VP, Client Solutions, I direct client-facing implementation and support activities and internal resources to ensure successful implementation of workforce planning and analytics SaaS solutions. My mission is to be a true partner to our clients to ensure their success. I leverage my deep experience in project management, workforce planning & analytics, data, and HR practices to provide guidance and consulting at every step of implementation, go-live, and ongoing support.

As a Solutions Consultant, I work with clients in every phase of their workforce planning and analytics journey. From the beginning of the RFP process, where clients are still trying to determine their exact needs and shape their programs, through the sometimes painful data implementation process, to the initial launch, I support my clients every step of the way. I have deep experience in SaaS implementation and have worked with data from various HR, Finance, and other sources, including Oracle HCM, Peoplesoft, SAP, Workday, Lawson, ADP, Kronos, Hyperion, SuccessFactors, and Kenexa.I continue to support my clients after the initial launch, as their workforce planning and analytics programs continue to evolve by providing expert advice in change management and execution, incorporation of additional internal and external data sources, business strategy and human capital alignment, training development, and delivery, and daily support.
