About Kim Wangler
I love my job as Director of the Music Industry Studies program at Appalachian State University. We have over 100 majors in our program studying all aspects of the music industry. We've placed grads at Yamaha, Blackbird Studios, Red Light Management, The Agency Group, etc...As part of the program I also teach Music Marketing, Management, Record Company Administration and Entrepreneurship. I'm particularly excited about a new course we have developed for graduate students where I get to share some thoughts on entrepreneurship and career development!
