My current role includes extensive experience with all aspects of a Service Department .Trouble shooting with customers,shop coordinating twenty three service bays and ensuring work schedules and clients are brought in on a timely schedule. In addition, my previous role allowed me to have extensive experience managing operations in unionized, high volume production environment requiring adherence to strict provincial regulations, quotas and safety requirements, with sensitivity to quality customer relations.I am adept at translating business goals into innovative production, process improvement and cost containment measures that definitively impact operations to achieve desired revenue targets.
