Reporting to the CIO, partner with Executive Team and business owners to deliver clinical systems and business intelligence solutions.Responsible for overseeing Clinical Applications team for support of Hanger's NextGen EHR/PM systems and underlying technologies, and for development and support of custom applications, serving over 850 O&P clinics and over 4800 employees nationwide. Responsible for overseeing and supporting the current and future state of Hanger’s reporting, analytics, data integration and data governance needs. Provide leadership in developing strategy, roadmap and implementation of business intelligence. Responsible for advocating and promoting business intelligence and analytics best practices across the enterprise.

Responsible for all IT operations for 120 provider, 500 user physician group. Managed IT staff. Deployed NextGen EMR. Oversaw EMR and PM implementations at new offices. Provided EMR training and custom template development. Developed custom reports for PM and EMR systems. Maintained SQL database for PM, EMR, and imaging systems. Oversaw systems and network administration. Provided support for accounting, HR, and business systems.
