With 20 years of experience in logistics, including 12 years in automotive transportation, I am the owner of my own automotive logistics consulting business, which I started in March 2023. I provide expert advice and guidance to clients in the auto industry, helping them optimize their operations, comply with contracts, and build and maintain strong vendor and client partnerships.Before launching my own business, I worked as a senior director at CarsArrive Network, a leading provider of auto transportation services. There, I was responsible for creating top-performing teams, increasing efficiency and driving cost savings, and developing workable solutions for complex challenges. I also fostered an inclusive and collaborative culture, where I trained and developed the careers of my staff, and ensured the quality and satisfaction of the services delivered.
