Helping small businesses with Credit Control (debt collection). I worked for a physiotherapist who didn't realise that the insurance companies she worked for owed her nearly £45,000 in overdue invoices. While I worked for her managed to get this down to under £5,000 within 6 months. I am a money lover and love the thrill of Credit Control.

Responsible for the smooth running of the property administrator team. Main duties are to organise property repairs, administration for Property Managers, producing Fire Risk Reports, Section 20 Notices, approving invoices, dealing with residents enquiries, ensuring and all works get carried out in a timely manner

Main responsibility was to answer phone calls to development managers, residents, emergency services, NOK and deal with their queries. Also to data input updates from emails received to keep the data as updated as possible for the Careline team.

Main responsibility was credit control where I chased residents for outstanding service charge and agreed payment plans if necessary. I liased with solicitors to bring in payments to clear debts. Also responsible for the smooth running of the accounts team.

As the owner I did everything from cleaning to office admin. I would organise staff rotas, inspect works, accounts, cleaning, liase with customers, marketing, administration, advertising, recruiting and quote for new works.
