Processed endorsements, cancels, mortgage changes and other requests from Policyholders and agents, managed renewals for converting policies from legacy systems, maintained a high quality standard of performance to enhance the customer experience.

Restored company businesses by supplying collateral, benefited campaigns by providing both large and small assets for display, collaborated and facilitated graphics for campaigns on social media, created and redesigned logos, restored old and destroyed photographs to original state, assisted needy companies and individuals pro bono.

Worked and collaborated with an award-winning team of designers and videographers, designed websites for online courses, built and provided online instructors with effective and interactive learning tools to supplement online courses, designed assets for UNCG's online print ad campaign, built 3D objects for Online/TV commercials and course material, modified and produced online animated commercials, and created result illustrations for a national survey.

Locations worked: Beauty and the Beast Theatre, Rock'n Roller Coaster, The Backlot Tour, Fantasmic and Parade Areas. Although half of these roles required training on how to operate every device within a ride, I also learned ways to enhance the customer experience. While at these locations it was absolutely necessary to learn to "read" people and communicate with them properly, to know how to improve the experience for our guests, and be able to facilitate a safe and fun environment. I already had public speaking experience from being a Rainbow girl (found in Volunteer section) and I knew that my role within the Walt Disney Company would be one of close interaction with people from all walks of life. In order to increase my communication skills with those of other nationalities and languages, I studied and learned their mannerisms and idiosyncrasies through personal observation. I was then able to translate that knowledge as a useful way to communicate with individuals associated with that culture.
