Als Teamleider Grote Projecten bij Liander geef ik leiding aan een team van ruim 20 technische medewerkers, waaronder projectmanagers, engineers, uitvoerders en projectcoördinatoren. Ik zorg voor duidelijke richting en sturing en implementeer noodzakelijke veranderingen. Daarnaast werk ik samen met collega-teamleiders en de regiomanager om de resultaten van de regio Amsterdam te behalen.Samen werken we aan het energienet van de toekomst- Operationeel aansturen van het team met focus op productiedoelstellingen en teamresultaten.- Verbeteren van operationele processen binnen het team, gericht op resultaat.- Vertalen van de ambities van de keten GVR&N naar concrete doelen voor het team.- Motiveren, stimuleren en coachen van medewerkers in hun huidige werk en voor doorgroeimogelijkheden.- Hanteren van een resultaatgerichte stijl en balanceren van verschillende belangen.Bij Liander, onderdeel van Alliander, ben ik medeverantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van de energienetten, zoals elektriciteit en gas.
