CurrentThe Client Relations Director proposes and executes ideas that align the firm more closely with its clients, referring attorneys and prospects to expand revenue and ensure value to clients thru pre-litigation and post matter. Working in concert with managing firm partners, office management, Pre-Litigation Department and the CMO. Foster and sustain the firmwide Client Intake Team program. That includes setting measurable goals and objectives and then planning, coordinating, executing, overseeing and tracking activities designed to help the client intake team achieve those goals. It also includes monitoring the Client Intake Team planning sessions, arranging and attending client intake team meetings, coaching lawyers in furtherance of team goals, developing action and client relations plan. The Client Intake Team program works in conjunction with the firm’s Client Feedback Program designed to listen to clients, act upon feedback and ensure clients have full access to the firm’s resources to solve issues.•Grow the firm’s current Client Feedback Program into a multi-level program that includes client interviews, meetings between lawyers and clients to review the relationship, post-matter follow-up, win/loss debriefs and lost client interviews. The Client Relations Director will work with appropriate persons to develop action plans to solve problems learned through feedback and provide follow-up to lawyers to communicate changes made based on that feedback to clients. Develop Seminars, Special Events and activities to encourage client relations.
