Assisting the Senior Health and Safety Professional for the organisation to help Landsec become the Landlord of choice. Raising the profile of Health internally and externally by project managing campaigns, industry groups and creating the wellbeing policy for colleagues and introducing the Mental Health First Aider programme for the company. Accountable for the Health, Safety and Security training for all 600+ employees. Multitasking the management of several groups whilst helping the team to achieve safe and healthy place to work, shop and reside.The key communicator on behalf of the department via whole company emails, intranet messaging and creating and editing documents on our knowledge library.

Created and managed the 'National Charity of the Year' Partnership whilst leading on all Corporate Responsibility targets for the Retail section of the business. This included ensuring all of the shopping centres keeping on track and reporting correctly and the launch of the 'Trinity Leeds Socio-Economic Impact Report'. Alongside the CR role I also assisted two directors with all PA responsibilities and managed the creation of 'Continuous Improvement Groups' for Cleaning, Security, MEBF and the design sectors of our industry. And played an active role in continually contributing to the Sustainability Reports, external website and internal news updates.

- Assisting two senior leaders in the organisation - Responsible for Occupiers Handbooks, Mystery Shopper programmes and Littler Shopper Stay Safe Scheme.

Organising meetings, minute taking, senior level diary management, travel arrangements for a large team, accommodation and expenses, filing, taking telephone calls, prioritising and addressing emails and all other aspects of a secretarial role.Providing a high level of assistance to five additional managers including keeping the managers updated with tenant’s information through a database and various excel spreadsheets.Responsibility for a daily sales retrieval system, incorporating regular interaction with over 100 store managers.Co-ordinating yearly business plans and quarterly reports which requires collating data and typing to a high standard whilst meeting strict deadlines.
