He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English degree from Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology in 2017 where he honed his skills in writing, research, linguistics, language teaching and communication. Aside from writing and communication, he also attended classes and seminars on media, folklore and cultural studies. While still a student, he presented papers and research in various national and international conferences on linguistics and Philippine studies. After graduating, he worked as a submissions representative in Author Solutions Inc, a publishing company from 2018-2019 where he worked with many professionals and non-professionals in the Philippines and abroad. He assisted and worked on many publishing projects ranging from literary works, academic writing, to scientific research among others. He is also Civil Service (Professional) eligible and has written and copyrighted Basic Competency material for TESDA as part of the course requirements for his degree.
