Built and maintained pro-active partnerships with internal and external customers, including trade unions to implement the project plan, while minimising the impact to business as usual conditions. Developed and implemented contingency planning for the reduction of risks, identified through the risk register, which included the implementation of a new transport management IT system, Paragon utilised in an innovative approach to plan/re-plan transport scheduling as situations arose during Games times.All objectives achieved to deadline and resulting in an under spend on the capital portfolio budget.
