Project Management • Planning, executing, and closing application projects. Including upgrades & new product releases.Business Relationship Management• Understand and translate business needs. Build and grow relationships with business at all levels to understand drivers and requirements.Business Process & Change Management• Ensure application changes meet corporate standards & legal compliance.Change Control • Ensure UAT testing prior to full and controlled release Vendor Management• Build relationships with application suppliers & developers.Disaster Recovery Management• Ensure recovery of applications as per set objectives thereby ensuring business continuity. • Develop DRP for new application productsSupport Management• Liaise with different business and IT teams to provide production support.

Manage All IT Operations including:• Provide leadership, vision, and management of the IT Department• Monitor major projects, IT budgets, priorities, standards, procedures, and overall IT performance.• Plan, implement and monitor changes in infrastructure configurations• Manage upgrade and support on IT network connectivity, architecture, performance.• Empowered and engaged IT team to understand business needs and key priorities, and challenge them to improve service level.• Work with key business owners to assess and proactively respond to IT needs• Responsible for negotiation, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware and software• Responsible for the generation of RFPs, contracts, agreements, and other major vendor interactions• Mentoring and training IT Team.• Crisis management, involving complex technical issues.
