• Lead weekly revenue forecast calls with Territory Directors and Program Managers in managing project financials and accurately forecasting and driving quarterly revenue and margin results for the territory• Perform quarterly percentage-of-completion analysis on $10M and over projects within the territories ensuring project financials are up to date and revenue is being taken correctly per accounting standards• Complete monthly revenue packages, review revenue certification as submitted by PM and book revenue that adheres to the MSI revenue recognition policy• Provide credit analysis support by collection outstanding receivables, forecast cash collection, reconciliation of project workbook on monthly bases, ensure timely billings as revenue is take, P&L credit and revenue analysis, quarterly POC analysis and order approvals• Attend semi-annual project review meetings in the field to help understand the day-to-day mechanics the Systems-Integration projects we support• Perform project maintenance to ensure revenue recognition is in line with billing and accounts receivable• Analyze and update deferred balance and trailing cost to identify potential cost savings or cost adjustments to MSI

• Built and maintain financial trending reports associated with tracking cost against planned spending on contract, reconciling actual cost, analyzing funding data and measure program performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly bases by utilizing MPM and SAP • From the inception of a program manage SAP functions including monitoring costs, subcontracts, work statement authorizations, work breakdown structure and material networks for multiple programs• Manage and provide monthly forecasting inputs for the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow for various programs• Responsible for implementing Earned Value management system on contracts and work with functional leads to implement a plan and budget for successful program completion that allows status to be reported to the executives • Assist program and business managers with proposal by providing historical data to support estimates, calculating performance bond payment and risk and opportunity chart • Manage and forecast new business funds allocated to Non-contractual technical activities such as internal research and development, marketing and research and bid and proposal• Conduct monthly projection for labor resource need for current and future business programs and presented to directors, program managers and business managers• Forecast monthly costs associated with IT supports for business area programs and distribute actual cost at the end of the month across all programs based on program usage

• Participate in Value Stream Mapping and lead subgroup in streamlining initial identification request form, resulting in establishment of training program supporting company international business initiatives • Manage and support due diligence collection, execution and maintenance of over 90 International consultant and commission sales representatives agreements covering 57 countries• Prepare reports to provide front-end visibility of international consultant vetting process to sector management, reduce costs and optimize NG’s international footprint• Develop and analyze forecast of new and expiring agreements to provide cost-saving recommendations for the consolidation of the due diligence collection and preparation

• Utilize company’s policy and procedure to complete audits and SOX testing • Apply conventional audit and consulting techniques to complete audit assignments • Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data and flowcharts • Prepare audit reports and issue sheets for any exception identified in accordance with IIA Standards and Standards established by the IA Department• Provide assistance to external auditors in their integrated audit of internal controls
