I have over 10 years of humanitarian experience, working with national and international NGOs, the Red Crescent/Cross movements, and the UN, in various roles related to health, protection, and advocacy. I have coordinated collaborative efforts of 40+ local civil society organisations and networks on durable solutions for displaced Syrians, supervised the production of a report on the perspectives of returnees, led national and regional policy advocacy campaigns, and represented member organisations in high-level events. I have also developed, implemented, monitored, coordinated, and supported a variety of humanitarian interventions and response strategies, with a focus on trauma and disability. I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of vulnerable populations, especially in conflict-affected contexts, and promoting their rights and dignity.
