• Carry out the end to end recruitment process (Screening, Interview, Assessment with DISC) • Assist onboarding process• Posting jobs on several job portals (Kita Lulus, Pintarnya, Glints, Job Street Express, KUPU, Cakeresume, etc..)• Sourcing potential candidates and conducting offline assessment for various role, such a Admin Marketplace, Warehouse, Host Live Streamer, Sales Advisor, Social Media Specialist, and etc.• Manage all income and outgoing communications• Fulfill General Affair needs (office assets, snacks, bazaar booth needs)• Collect all hiring document needed• Doing administrative activities, such as database updates and filling system.• Coordinate and create schedules for Customer Service and Live Streaming and are responsible for making reports from Live Streaming results• Make weekly reports to be presented• Manage morning meetings and record work of all departments• Monitoring people performance through periodic performance review based Key Performance Indicator (KPI)• Control and monitoring various database KPI system
