• Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer stationed at JSF head Office (Cochin).• Responsible for vendor selection, price and terms negotiations, raising purchase orders upon receiving intend from group factories all over from South India. • Handling all export related matters on shipping of finished goods to overseas market, particularly to Qatar and UAE. Responsible for preparing quotes, proforma invoices, and assisting import documentation requirements with respect to concerned ministry for Sku's registrations, rules and regulations to the overseas customers. Facilitating shipment of goods to the overseas customers through freight forwarders as per Inco terms. Coordinating with product, design and production department for requirements related to Export sales.• Part of new strategy development for expanding sales network by partnering with online sales delivery channels like Uber eats, Swiggy, Zomato etc. • Take part in facilitating the corporate engagements in modern advertising models, new product developments, and CRM modules. • Ensuring all the tasks assigned by the Chief Operating Officer are completed within the stipulated time.

(1) Overall Production Incharge of the Conveyor Belt Manufacturing Unit of Ocean Rubber Factory LLC.(2)Planning of Raw material and periodic stock replenishment required for production in coordination with stores team and initiating the procurement of it through Purchase department.(3) Preparing the Cost estimations of all the products Manufactured in the Production unit and advising to the Pricing dept.(4)Working out final delivery dates of products manufactured in the Plant and conveying it to sales point or sales division.(5)Analyzing of all production related issues,Performing Root cause analysis, Addressing customer concerns,complaints and taking corrective actions and its proper implementation through production team. (6)Involving in continuous improvement, Environmental Management system (ISO14001), Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001) applicable in the company.(7)Preparing Reports and Analyzing the Monthly and yearly Production Volume comparisons ,Material Consumption, Cost of production, Cost center(Machine) utilization,Processing costs, Labour utilization, Over Heads Vs Utilization, (8) Preparing expected Budget reports for the year by analyzing the Previous years production data and consumption patterns.

Worked as production engineer at Conveyor belt Manufacturing unit of Ocean Rubber Factory LLC. Headed a team consisting of 15 members , including supervisors, technical assistants/foreman who were involved in the production of Conveyor belts , Rubber sheets, Chevron Belts using Sophisticated machines like Automated 4 roll calenders, Hydraulic presses and Rotocures.Took part in the selection of materials, type , design of Rubber Conveyor belts according to the client requirements.Worked together with the team for new developments, production of new products ,developing new methods of manufacturing and troubleshooting.Production Planning, scheduling was carried out using SAP program. Worked with the production team for accomplishing the targets and goals set by the management in a cost effective manner.

Joined as Section In-charge of the Newly commissioned Rubber Conveyor Production + Rubber sheet Production unit of Ocean Rubber Factory at Ras-al-khaimah.Actively involved in the Trial runs of new Machines,Production trials, Building up of Production team , fine tuning of the processes and finally in the streamlining of the Production of Conveyor belts and rubber sheets.Learned about the operation of sophisticated machines involved in the production.Involved in the Daily Production Planning, scheduling and Execution.

Joined Ocean Rubber Factory Sharjah Production unit as Trainee engineer.Underwent 3 months induction Training Program on Various Production facilities under Ocean Rubber Factory.Got opportunity to learn the various production procedures and method of manufacturing rubber compounds and Rubber Products.Received training on SAP Production Module.Was allotted to supervise Injection Moulding department where Pipe seals, Rubber rings etc were Manufactured using Injection Moulding Technique.

Worked as the section In-charge of the process industry were sugar was produced from cane with capacity of 4250TCD.Was reporting to the senior section engineer and Job responsibility includes ensuring the proper feeding of the sugar cane, its conveyance to the mills, Proper operation of mills and associated Pumping mills, Evaporator systems, pan section, Crystallize units,Centrifugal systems ,drying units and finally packing sections, with the help of shift technicians.Actively involving in the production and working as a team in achieving the daily production targets

Was assisting the senior Section Engineer of PAN section of the sugar processing industry in the maintenance activities, which included Gate valves overhauling, Butterfly valves overhauling, Pipe line changes, Welding works, Pump overhauling works etc.
