I attended the company in the position of Project manager in-building system. However, at the initial stage I was responsible for business development, procurement activities as well. Within our first year the business model was updated to local market conditions; technical and quality requirements for materials and services were drafted; contracts with suppliers and service providers were signed; and the first contracts with clients were concluded. At the end of 2011 the first in-building system was implemented and rented to mobile operators. During 2012-2014 Ukrtower took a leading position in this business.When the permanent structure of the project was created, I focused on new projects. In 2012 we started to supply rollout services. In 2014 Ukrtower started to implement renewable energy projects, such as rent of wind measurement towers and development of its own PV power plant.
