Additionally, we work extensively with the local municipalities, counties and utility providers to seamlessly assist you in transitioning your business to the San Antonio market.I have extensive experience working with site selectors, corporate real estate professionals, law firms, and real estate brokers delivering knowledge, insights, and connections. I specialize in working with companies that focus in aerospace/aviation, manufacturing, technology and business services.

While working for the City of Schertz (Population 36,000), I provided support to the Executive Director for all economic development programs and projects within the City. I was primarily responsible for:• Compiling research• Analyzing financial, demographic, and legal information • Ensuring compliance to local development incentives• Assisting with development agreements• Development facilitation• Compiling RFI/RFP materials• Creating promotional materials• Assisting with public meetingsDuring my time at Schertz, I worked on the economic development team that helped attract and facilitate a variety of projects to the City which included:• The 1.3 million square foot Amazon.com Fulfillment Center. • The acquisition and expansion of Salof Companies by GE Oil & Gas. The 365,000 square foot facility specializes in cryogenic plant design and fabrication of small LNG and CO2 applications. At the time of the acquisition, GE Oil & Gas doubled its operation to approximately 400 full time jobs. • The addition of over 50,000 square feet of much-needed retail space. The new retail space added restaurants, fitness, and neighborhood office space.• The 250,000 square foot Caterpillar expansion. The facility is being used for Caterpillar's precision machining operations. The project is part of a four phase development plan that will result in over 1 million square feet, approximately 200 jobs.

Kinateder Inc. specializes in conceptual design, planning and marketing. Despite the computer age, clients continue to seek Kinateder Inc.’s hand sketches, paintings, and architectural models to bring their projects to life. My father is the owner and I consider myself lucky to grow up around this unique business. I was able to work on real estate projects throughout the US, the Caribbean, and Asia. Anyone of our many clients would agree that my dad has always been fair and as such I was never given preferential treatment; I began as janitor and ended up as a project manager. I worked on projects that ranged from architectural study models, main street façade improvements, to a 1 million square foot mixed use development. I coordinated with architects, engineers, and city staff as we helped projects obtain entitlements, funding, and exposure. Throughout the many roles that I worked while at Kinateder Inc., I developed a thorough understanding of design, graphic software, construction documents, and shop machinery.

During my stint at Psomas I worked on a variety of projects with the Planning and Landscape Architecture team. Some of the projects that I worked on included: a skate park for the City of Kearns, transit oriented development layout concepts for the Utah Transit Authority, the Cedar City General Plan Update, and Lion’s Park design near the Colorado River in Moab.

Some kids pay for college by working at bars, I worked at a ski resort. The money wasn’t the best but the benefits were amazing!
