Appraisal process follow-up and co-ordination, preparation of increment plan and increment letter.• Employee Relation Activities: Handling employee grievances, mentoring and counseling employees, involve people for various activities like national festival celebrations, sports and cultural activities & other welfare activities.• Welfare & Administration: Insurance & medical-claim, canteen administration, contract labor management, security management, housekeeping management.• Statutory Compliance: Exit interviews tracking and conveying feedback received during exit interviews for instituting systems to improve employee morale and motivation.
