Evaluating and analysing infrastructure objects under extreme influences and creating analytical models for masonry structures using 3Muri program.

1- Provide technical and management oversight, and supervision of the construction component ofthe project implemented by Concern Worldwide (CWW)2-Develop and monitor work plans.3- Manage and support the reporting of the activities internally, to the donor and tostakeholders.4-Coordinate project logistics to ensure a smooth implementation for all stakeholders.Liaise with all relevant stakeholders, beneficiaries, and donors.

1- Identify beneficiaries to be shelter assisted through ECHO funding with the help ofthe municipality, focal points, and RAIS database.2- Identify occupied SSBs that are eligible to be rehabilitated. Using guidelines.makeBOQ which brings SSU up to minimum standards3- Ensure sufficient supporting documentation such as photos, sketches are available toline manager in order to approve BOQs. 4- Negotiate with landlords to ensure the minimum of OFA, And Ensure documentation(such as ownership documents, bank details, UNHCR files) from owners andbeneficiaries are secured in a timely manner to proceed with the rehabilitation.5- Supervision of owners and contractors in carrying out works, make progress reports, andreport any issues that cannot be resolved to line manager. Ensure quality works arebeing carried out in the specified time frame.6- prepare payment requests for owner-led and contractor led works. Ensure paperwork iscorrect as per instruction and all documents have been checked for errors beforesubmitting to the line manager.7- Identification of beneficiaries requiring other services and full follow up of referral toother services, Identification of services, and detailed documentation of such serviceswithin Concern’s area of intervention as well as nationwide.8- Co-ordination with Protection Programme Manager to fully develop service mappingand identification of gaps in services to be advocated for.9- Work in close collaboration with team member colleagues from departments.10- Preparation for donor visits, co-ordination of visibility activities Design and implementing washfacilities (septic tank or cesspit) as needed in the shelter unit to protect theenvironment. And do site visit on each step to make sure the design is being followedby the contractor

1- Responsible for construction design of the building (analyzing the structure and givinga suitable solution for the columns, roof and foundation loads, technical drawings of the structure.2- Supervising labor daily.3- Designing bill of quantities and drawing for the works.4- Calculating the amounts of steel and cement for the construction of the building.
