In addition to training data collection teams/surveyors on protocols to ensure maximum data quality standards.• Develop and manage the implementation of baseline, mid-term and end of project evaluations, outcome and impact evaluations, surveys and other components of the programs M&E system, conducted either in-house or through contracting external consultants as required• Identify opportunities for success stories and manage the creation, collection and compilation.

- Design and conduct assessments and KAP surveys including setting up the research design, develop survey questions, pilot surveys, assist in sample formation, Data collection, and data analysis including final report writing.- Engage with Governmental institutions (MoE and MoH) to advocate for institutionalizing and enhancing the effectiveness of development programs.
