I inputted all information into the various marketing and listing sites. I organized signage, brochures, lock boxes, and 800 advertising. I checked in with our clients weekly, if not more, to insure they know all feedback on showings and know that we are here for them. I managed 100 listings at one time. Now currently with, The Kathy Helbig Group and sales of over 68 million, I handle all lead generation systems and accountability of a team of 13 agents. I was a pioneer in the building of the brokerage Experience Realty Partners. Our first year in business we doubled our sales. I hold weekly training and accountability meetings with management as well as the team of agents. I thrive in a multi-task environment. I take pride in completing tasks and I love implementing ideas and seeing them through to finish. I’ve attended numerous conventions on business building, team building, and productivity. I call it a "girl Friday". There wasn't anything I couldn't do. I did everything in patient care (injections, lab work, and xrays) to front office work. I handled insurance filing and eventually handled the scheduling of staff.
