The overall purpose of my job is to: Enhance the executive’s effectiveness in the office of Economic and Workforce Development. Assist the VP in managing daily operations. I'm responsible for representing the VP to others and connecting external business partners to related departments and RCAM team. I assist the VP with daily correspondence, scheduling, and meeting preparation - Providing resources to maintain vital working relationships within the college, and promoting effective collaboration between the college and community partners. To achieve success, this includesmaintaining financial and personnel records, interpreting information for projects, processing purchaserequisitions, assisting the coordination of grant initiatives, and arranging the VP’s calendar and travel fordepartment growth initiatives.

For Trust Right Home Solutions, LLC cleaning department, I was both a residential cleaner and an office assistant, depending on where my service was needed the most. I organized materials, scheduled jobs, and executed housekeeping chores in a set time frame. When I was needed in the office, I assisted my supervisor by entering receipts and invoices into Quickbooks and by delivering messages and supplies.Trust Right Home Solutions, LLC is now a residential electric service for the Tri-Cities TN area.

I work with the band directors, band leadership, graduate assistants, and office staff to recruit prospective students for the Pride of the Southland Marching Band. Some of my other tasks include accounting for attendance, resolving student dilemmas at the front desk, assembling literature for the band assistants, scheduling student appointments, and other similar projects that require multi-tasking abilities.
