I planned and led the technical, production, and instructional design aspects of a team effort to convert the top-ranked Executive MBA programs to a blended delivery format. A blended program takes the best parts of a traditional program, like rich face to face discussions and networking, and combines them with the convenience and flexibility of an online e-learning program. Instructional design best-practices were used to re-design the curriculum and courses. The latest technology was harnessed to deliver rich content and experiences. The results: increased student satisfaction, improved learning outcomes, more efficient, convenient and flexible class schedules for students, and greater admissions yield.
