Responsibilities lie in ensuring successful near-term ISC performance. Defining commitments, managing the flow of materials and ensuring warehouse efficiency and accuracy in manufacturing facilities. Leading and developing the organization through the focused change management deployments

Develop and articulate a clear vision, mission and value proposition for the site. Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan for the site which includes operating and maintenance budgets, headcount and productivity projects. Accountable for site performance against plan. Drive delivery of financial, operational and business objectives including Safety, Inventory, Delivery, Quality, Productivity and Cycle Time.Lead execution of annual safety plan to ensure that safety objectives are met. Lead by example. Participate in incident investigation if necessary and drive closure of corrective actions. Operate and maintain plant in accordance with applicable permits. Drive Honeywell Operating System (HOS) to implement Best in Class / Lean manufacturing practices. Actively coach, develop and provide performance feedback to staff. Guide, inspire and empower the team by setting clear objectives. Facilitate development of OEM Supply Chain centered on site operations and regional distribution centre, and monitor key customer relationships with regular reviews of site quality and delivery performance.Create a work environment conducive to worker morale and motivation and to the accomplishment of performance objectivesProvide leadership of supply chain initiatives across ISC in support of business and functional objectives (HSE, SIOP, Cycle Time Reduction)Provide representation for the site with internal HON functions and externally to NL regional and state forums.Provide leadership, motivation and clear direction to his team through cultural and process change.

Manage and facilitate the planning, development and implementation of operational strategiesduring the transition of manufacturing sites, processes and products.Work as a member of transition project teams responsible for process and product analyses,characterization methods, and hidden factory capture.Use six sigma and lean manufacturing principles to implement corrective and improvementactions during the transition process.Ensure adherence to the operations transition strategies, plans, and schedules.Ensure the operations process is completed on time, within budget with associated costsavings and zero customer impact.Continuously improve and document the operations transition process through implementationof six sigma tools, best practices, experiences, etc?Perform financial modeling for repositions/transition projects to assist in overall make/buydecisions.Track financial results related to cost and saving of transition projects.

NPI Process development and deployment.Introducing new process technologies and methodologies as part of single and multiple phase projects for both existing and new platform products for the global S&C business.

Honeywell S&C Newcastle facility’s senior manufacturing engineer responsible for full site productivity metrics, development projects and the site manufacturing engineers.Transitions Sending SIte Lead.Lead the transition of the Newcastle facility to the recieving site locations.Project plan development, production process capture, Production refurbishment management, contractor management, production ramp up support.

Based from the Newcastle Design COE supporting the Honeywell S&C Shenzhen production facility.Manufacturing overseer with respect to process and design modifications.Provide support for product line metric growth.Project lead for RoHS
