Lead Cencorp North American & Asia business and operation's overall management on Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and Production. Manage three P&L companies located in Zhuhai, Suzhou and U.S respectivelly.

Role & Responsibilities:• Manage all automation projects execution from define, develop to deployment cross all Asia sites.• Build up a strong automation focus team including Design, TPM and Operation.• Responsible for specifying, designing, installation and maintaining automation equipment, tooling & fixture and application as required to meet specification. • Implement cost effective automation.• Manufacturing automation roadmap management• Support business development team to gain more business • Build a strong organization with highest industry retention rate.

Role & Responsibility: • Responsible for build up campus engineering service & design capability, including mechanical fixture & tooling design capability, SME for equipment overhaul & maintenance, in-house automation solution capability• Manage and drive staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, material supply chain and other Change/ Lean initiatives to enable Operations to attain the Business Plan.• Recommend, develop and implement the plant policies and programs that guide the workcell Operational in monitoring and improving its competitive position.• Motivate and inspire people for building the team work spirit• Fluent communication skills with internal and external people from upstream to downstream and even customers.• Manage and promote maintenance of the working environment including health and safety standards.• Ensure security/ CSER procedures are followed at all times.• Responsible the whole campus technology learning & development• Provide value added engineering service such as fixture / tooling / stencil design, equipment overhaul / repairing service, automation to all segments / BUs

Role & Responsibilities:• Responsible for campus equipment deployment strategy & criteria set up.• Lead campus engineering training strategy, develop & implementation.• Lead equipment evaluation and selection activity• Assets/equipment allocation & management. • Lead equipment technology and application support & improvement. • Lead SME develop and drove TPM etc best practice. • Responsible for Capex planning and budget control.
