I am currently a principal at Gilded LLC, a Fintech startup making global physical gold ownership digital, mobile, and usable. At Gilded, I have focused on creating collateral pledge products enabling clients to leverage gold holdings in financing transactions. Prior to Gilded, I was a director in the Prime Services/Collateral Funding and Trading business unit of the Pershing LLC clearing division of the Bank of New York Mellon.At Pershing, I was responsible for technology strategy for hedge fund clients, securities lending, and repo financing. In this role, I helped develop the functionality within Pershing’s platforms to support the firm’s alternative fund manager clients and create advanced tools around collateral management and funding efficiency.Prior to joining BNY Mellon, I was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank where I managed the hedge fund technology development team. I also held senior technology roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., ING Barings, and Furman Selz LLC.
