Primary responsibilities include:• building a creative environment for the creative team to work in and overseeing ideas and projects development• taking responsibility for the strategic philosophy and monitoring output across the agency• developing strategic ideas for campaigns & project delivery• pitching concepts to clients• project and stakeholder management from start to finish, scheduling, keeping to deadlines, and project signing off• liaising with clients to keep them informed and to highlight any issues• understanding the commercial aspects of the agency
