Nearshore Client Account Lead for a German OEM. Full ownership of the delivery as well as staffing from nearshore for this particular client. Responsibility for a team of 320+ colleagues based in Romania, Hungary, Turkey and Slovakia. P&L responsibility of the delivered contracts.

Head of Nearshore Engineering for a premium German OEM client. P&L responsibility for the Product Master Data Domain as well as for the Engineering Change Management domains. Leadership of a team of 150 Colleagues based in multiple Nearshore Location.

-Delivery accountability for a team of 100+ people spread across multiple locations in Europe delivering Application Management Services (second and third level support) and maintenance projects for a large automotive customer.- Delivery accountability on large DevOps Contract for a german OEM -Budget and cost accountability for all Projects that I am leading-People Management

- Provide Project management (ensure scoping, planning, execution, cost control, reporting and controlling) for ERP implementations and other system integration projects.- Managing development, CRP, SIT and UAT test phases of the projects, while making sure business CEMLI’s requirements are met.- Management of project team that are both business representatives and third party consultancy teams.- Lead the project and portfolio visibility programme by implementing project reporting standards across the EMEA IT/IS organization

Within the BPI team I was working on 3 main streams:Programme Management: Administration of project resource planning, allocation and tracking. Supporting project approval cycles as well as managing reporting requirements once the projects came to execution phase.Performance Management: Consolidation and management of European, Regional, Country and Departmental Balanced Scorecards for Board review meetings.Process Management: Consolidation of European business process documentation structured on 3 levels: Strategic, Tactical and Operational as well as ensuring change management.

- Responsible of service delivery to the big contract clients from: Germany, Austria, Switzerland and to respect service level agreements and quality indicators in place.- Point of escalation for issues reported by internal and external customers.- Acted as deputy team leader as required, taking care of resource allocation within the team, prioritizing tasks, managing resources, and difficult situations, motivating and coordinating the team.- Focused on achieving team KPI's and quality levels according to the plans.- Fully responsible of the total AR reconciliation and push thru to the GL systems for the monthclosings.-Coordination of the contracts team of Assistants within Cash Application.
