Major Projects2020/2021Business transformation with a new business partner:• representing IT procedures/WOW and supporting the business with best practices, highest standards and best quality• cooperating with BP and representing Mars standards when it comes to local infra changes in many key areas (server rooms, network infrastructure, meeting rooms, open space)• having a realistic influence on the IT environment and decisions within the transformation - managing changes in redesigning LAN infrastructure, on/off boarding procedures2020Building a new office (around 1500 m2):• designing and implementing best standards and new digital solutions to create the main area for Associates including open space and multiple meeting rooms• managing budget, planning, ordering equipment• cooperating with multiple vendors and introducing new IT technologies to meeting rooms and open space• managing LAN infrastructure (from plan to implementation) including new server room, active/passive network designs and connecting them with other Mars officeRegular operations:• support the business and maintain good relationships with Leadership Teams as well as Stakeholders - be the point of contact and represent the IT area• supervise vendor resources to support and maintain company IT infrastructure• provide / oversee infrastructure support for new releases, deployments, upgrades and deployments, make sure capital asset funds are planned and available for the above• perform root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and develop resolution plans• work with the team to develop problem management and service improvement plans• maintain all documentation for deployment, maintenance, upgrades and problem resolution activities• serve as the interface between the customer and the other IT support teams in a company• ensure team follows best practices and maintain service level agreements• represent Poland sites within one of our European Infrastructure Service Streams
