Participation in the projects of AP processes migration in Sweden and USA.Implementation and stabilization of the migrated AP processes.Managing payment process for Europe and US in compliance with the rules and agreements established with the internal clients.Responsible for processing the group turn-over companies.Making sure that all documents and processes are completes within the contracted timeframe.Setting a up an effective business relationship with the client and the external suppliers.Operation leading one of the sub-team: training, managing the workload, audit and quality control, identifying the problem and escalating to the supervisor, conducting the performance review.
