Led the development of procedures and processes. Optimized the existing system.o Facilitated the successful financial closure of more than 500 projects.• Evaluated proposals and concluded grant contracts, meeting the expected 2 billion EUR annual grant disbursement plan.• Launched irregularity procedures for the illegal use of funds, resulting in the recovery of nearly 500 million HUF.• Trained new recruits and managed the Treasury onboarding process.

• Wrote tenders, which resulted in winning nearly 100 million HUF in grants per year. Managed the implementation of the tenders won.• Delivered training courses on financial and economic topics (25-30 students per session). Helped to develop students' entrepreneurial skills.
