Involved in:- an ALSTEM project (cofounded by the National Centre of Research and Development), where the aim focused on treatment development for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) patients by using mesenchymal stromal cells,- a CAR-T cell project where T lymphocytes were genetically modified to become selective to cancer cells; a technology transfer for GMP production.Mastered skills:• multicolour flow cytometry (BD FACSCelesta; BD FACSLyric) and data analysis (BD FACSDiva Software; BD FACSuite Software),• cell surface and intracellular flow cytometry staining, panel design and validation,• adherent cell culture and expansion (including stem cells from various sources),• suspension cell culture (mononuclear cells, T lymphocytes),• cell isolation,• co-culture models,• report writing and data analysis.

Scholar of Foundation for Polish Science, project "atMSC secreted factors in the hydrogel system as a potential treatment for chronic wounds".Involved in optimization of production of bioactive factors by adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (atMSCs) and assessment of their biological activity in in vitro tests.Mastered skills:• adherent cell culture (stem cells, keratinocytes, fibroblasts),• optimization of production bioactive factors by stem cells,• protein concentration,• Bradford assay, BCA assay,• MTT assay,• statistical analysis.

Involved in a research project focused on genetic analysis of SHOX gene in patients with Idiopathic Short Stature.Mastered skills:• DNA Sanger sequencing (APPLIED BIOSYSTEMS ABI 3130) and data analysis,• DNA isolation from blood,• DNA purification,• PCR,• nucleic acid electrophoresis.
