The National Spectrum Consortium is an OTA to the US Department of Defense. The NSC connects DoD needs for wireless technology research to it's over 400 commercial and academic members. Members are both traditional and non-traditional technology suppliers to the DoD.

Developing alternative ownership and operational models to the traditional service provider buy, build, and run strategy. Developed Java class libraries for FCAPS support:* Fault - feeding Network Operations Center function.* Configuration - for flow-through provisioning of Virtual Routers, Virtual Interfaces, OSPF, BGP4, IPSec transport/tunnel, PKI, and MPLS PE. Included a rollback function and parameter "sanity check" to ensure failed changes are removed correctly and invalid parameter combinations cannot be applied. * Accounting - usage collection fed to operations platforms* Performance - internal latency and utilization at both macro and IP flow level. * Security - platform access, authorization, and change logsWorked in domestic and international with numerous operators both remotely and in-person. Developed technology to enable secure realtime broadband collaboration among Legal firms and their clients. This was used to accelerate document markup and process lifecycle.
