Social media strategy: Developed a social media strategy framework for a Malaysian conglomerate to help the client to incorporate and improve the use of social and location-based media into their traditional marketing platforms. This includes identifying the ideal customer experiences for multiple customer types and providing analyses of existing customers’ spending habits to guide the development of strategic initiatives under the framework.2. Sustainability strategy: Developed a sustainability valuation framework for an Asian Sovereign Wealth Fund to measure the value impact of material environmental, social, and governance (ESG) indicators on selected companies’ base value. This includes identifying and defining the ESG indicator universe, and aligning them to stakeholder requirements. Provided support in the valuation of the ESG indicators and their impact on the selected companies’ base value utilising a valuation model based upon consequence and intervention mapping.3. Capability assessment: Developed an assessment framework for an International Humanitarian Relief Organisation to identify institutional gaps between operational divisions and units within the organisation. This includes development of a methodology to identify these capability gaps through interviews of key internal and external stakeholders.
